Job purpose
Under the supervision of the International Purchasing Manager and in collaboration with the company’s various departments, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining performance reports; as well as preparing the various analyses on a regular basis for the Purchasing and Sales & Operations departments in order to achieve the financial objectives of the international markets.
Main responsibilities
Data validation and reporting :
- Verify the accuracy of reports received from external partners by comparing them with internal sales data to ensure that reports accurately reflect the company’s performance.
- Maintain and update sales reports in line with key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to objectives.
BI tools and dashboard development :
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using BI tools to monitor performance in different markets.
- Produce customized reports for different departments to facilitate decision-making, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data.
Planning :
- Create sales budgets by market, ensuring consistency with corporate objectives.
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data and trends.
- Contribute to the purchasing budget process by analyzing past performance and making recommendations for future objectives.
- Development of sales forecasts based on historical data and trends in basic items to optimize replenishment for each season.
Data analysis and insights :
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, opportunities and risks in various markets.
- Provide actionable insights to support business strategies, including sales performance, pricing and inventory management.
- Carry out post-mortem analyses to evaluate the success of sales campaigns and product launches.
Interdepartmental collaboration :
- Work closely with the Purchasing team and the
Sales & Operations team to understand business needs and provide tailored reports to facilitate decision-making.
