Main duties: As part of your daily duties, you will be called upon to carry out operations related to the handling and transportation of raw materials and finished products, examine and verify items by comparing them with invoices or other documents, carry out computer entry, note missing items and return damaged items. You’ll unpack, code, handle and distribute items to appropriate storage locations. You’ll be responsible for responding to production requests as well as maintaining the cleanliness of your work environment.

To do this, you use a forklift, pallet truck or overhead crane. You sort and classify goods, both quantitatively and qualitatively. You are involved in inventory-related actions. You inspect and maintain equipment according to procedures to ensure it is in good working order.

Profile : Hold a valid certification for the safe operation of a forklift and/or the operation of an overhead crane. Able to work with computerized tools to ensure the smooth running of receiving activities. Ability to read and interpret simple text containing instructions in French. Knowledge of safe and efficient warehousing techniques. Excellent manual dexterity, enjoy physical work, self-reliant, quality-oriented, dynamic and team player.
