Bonneville Homes, a leader in the factory-built housing industry for over 60 years, is looking for a Yard Worker at its Beloeil plant . The selected candidate will be responsible for verifying the loading of housing modules, inspecting the general condition of packing fabrics and performing various tasks related to the maintenance of exterior yards.

Your daily life
Loading housing modules
- Using the loading verification grid, validate quantities loaded and identify missing and/or unnecessary items.
- Load missing items as per form
- Ensure that materials are properly secured in modules and make any necessary adjustments
- When required, support the team responsible for loading modules onto the production line
Packing housing modules
- Ensure that the packaging fabric of stored modules is in good condition at all times, and carry out repairs as required
- In winter, clear snow and ice from modules
- When required, support the team responsible for packing modules on the production line
- Periodically inspect stored modules to detect any anomalies (broken fabric, water or animal infiltration, etc.).
Outdoor courses
- Load and unload delivery trucks/trailers using a forklift.
- Maintain general storage of materials in yard and other storage areas
- Support the team responsible for supplying materials to the production line
Other
- Carry out periodic basic inspections of motorized equipment
- Collect materials for recycling (wood, plastic, gypsum, cardboard, etc.)
- Respect loss prevention procedures
- Clean and maintain the premises
- Respect OHS rules and production schedules
Your profile
- Valid driver’s license
- Operator training (aerial work platforms, etc.)
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Sense of organization and initiative
- Autonomy, thoroughness and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team spirit and physical fitness
- Ability to work outdoors (heat/cold)

Working conditions
Permanent, full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
