Do you have expertise in parts management and want to put your skills to good use in a service environment? We’re looking for an assistant parts manager to take over from the current manager at our Saint-Hyacinthe branch.

Salary: From $58,000/year plus bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist the Parts Department Manager in the day-to-day management of operations;
• Provide courteous and professional customer service, advising customers on parts and accessories;
• Manage parts inventories: reception, classification, storage and inventory follow-up;
• Process orders, returns and complaints;
• Keep your workspace clean and organized;
• Participate in the implementation of promotions and sales strategies to optimize department performance;
• Collaborate with technicians, salespeople and other departments to ensure smooth, efficient service.

• Significant experience of parts, ideally in the agricultural or mechanical sector;
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and parts (an asset);
• Customer service skills;
• Proficiency in computer tools and parts management software;
• Aptitude for personnel management.
