Specializing in both construction and agriculture, they offer complete ranges of construction equipment such as hydraulic excavators, mini-loaders and graders, as well as state-of-the-art agricultural equipment including tractors, combines, forage harvesters and more.

We are currently looking for an inventory and logistics coordinator for the technology sector, in order to serve our 18 branches. The incumbent will have to travel a few times a week between branches, particularly in the Eastern Townships, Centre-du-Québec and Montérégie. The training period will require in-branch presence. Once the candidate has reached a certain level of autonomy, tasks will be carried out mainly from home.

Salary from $55,000 to $65,000/year

ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with the Precision Manager:

• To carry out quotations for precision systems with the help of product specialists in the technology sector;
• Optimize parts inventory management and planning;
• Take inventory of parts and make corrections if necessary;
• Establish annual purchasing forecasts and communicate with various suppliers to anticipate demand;
• Prepare, manage and invoice orders for parts and technology activations with branch managers;
• Manage inter-branch transfers for parts in the technology sector;
• Sell technology parts in simple transactions;
• Renewals and billing for differential correction packages and telematic systems;
• Manage SIM card fleet (activations, renewals, billing);
• Support the registration and monitoring of telematics-connected equipment;
• Participate in the drafting of documents required for training courses;
• Collaborate with administration for the payment of various accounts payable and receivable;
• Support the relevant managers, specialists and technicians in the management of claims, assists and concerns;
• Actively participate in the smooth running of CNH certification programs (Blue Star/Rewards);
• Collaborate with administration for the payment of various accounts payable and receivable;
• Technology team call center manager;
• Comply with all occupational health and safety standards.

 

• Experience in the field of parts for heavy vehicles, agricultural vehicles or other vehicles;
• Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English to deal with French and English-speaking customers and suppliers;
• Ability to work in a group environment with the customer’s needs at the forefront of all decisions;
• Organization and good work structure;
• Integration of new technologies and participation in ongoing training;
• Flexible working hours during the high season.
