Guidance counsellor A member in good standing of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec since 2015, Ms. Pelchat holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in guidance. She works with a wide range of clients, offering personalized guidance and employability services. Whether she’s assisting individuals with their skills assessment, career reorientation process or offering various employability advice, her great adaptability enables her to quickly build a bond of trust with her clients, regardless of their age, ethnic identity or socioeconomic status. She is accustomed to accompanying her clients towards a rapid return to the job market or a new career plan, and has also carried out corporate mandates with groups of employees to help them reach their full potential at work or define their career plan.
